Job summary

Careium is seeking a Customer Service Advisor / Scheduler in Blackburn to coordinate technician visits, support onboarding and liaise with Adult Social Care and care professionals, ensuring a seamless service from start to finish.

You will contribute to improving lives by delivering reliable TEC and telecare services across the UK, with a Monday–Friday 9:00am–5:00pm pattern and a competitive hourly rate.

• Coordinate technician visits for installations, repairs and collections.
• Update and manage technician diaries for efficiency.
• Assist onboarding of new customers and accounts setup.
• Handle customer enquiries by phone and email.
• Build relationships with Adult Social Care and stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate customer records and documentation.
• Collaborate across departments to ensure service delivery.
• Meet service levels and quality standards.
• Resolve customer issues promptly and professionally.
