Job summary

Provide CIC's Workforce Solutions team in Hackney is seeking a Customer Service Co-Ordinator (sessional). The postholder will support our Carecall247 service, a 24/7 personal alarm monitoring and emergency response operation designed to keep people safe at home.

You will handle referrals from receipt to completion, schedule work, and communicate with teams to ensure timely delivery. You'll act as a primary contact for customers, commissioners, healthcare professionals and internal colleagues,

• Coordinate customer referrals and service requests from receipt through to completion, ensuring orders are accurately analysed, scheduled and communicated to relevant teams.
• Act as a key point of contact for customers, commissioners, healthcare professionals and internal teams, ensuring high standards of customer service and efficient service delivery.
