Job summary

• Prior GP reception experience is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Provide face-to-face and telephone support to patients.
• Assist with care navigation and guiding patients to the right service.
• Book appointments and manage triage requests.
• Process repeat prescriptions and handle general inquiries.
• Support reception, administrative and clinical teams to ensure smooth daily operations.
