Wigton Group Medical Practice is seeking a proactive Medical Receptionist/Care Navigator to join the busy patient services team in Wigton. The role offers training in NHS care navigation and involves face-to-face and telephone contact with patients, booking appointments, and supporting the multidisciplinary team.

The 30-hour post operates on a rota between 7.45am and 6.45pm, with potential for further development in care navigation and patient support.

Competenze

• GCSE level or equivalent.
• Active signposting or Care Navigator training qualification.
• Experience working with the public.
• Experience in a primary care environment.
• Experience in a healthcare setting.
