Job summary

Barchester Healthcare Homes Limited is recruiting a Customer Relationship Manager to join our care home team in Leeds. You will drive occupancy by handling enquiries, delivering sales and marketing activities, and networking with the local community.

The role requires proven sales/marketing experience, CRM data analysis, and a proactive, target-driven approach. A driving licence and strong Office skills are essential; a commission structure accompanies the base salary.

Qualifications

• Proven sales and marketing experience, preferably in healthcare
• Ability to analyse data on Salesforce or similar CRM
• Self-motivated and target driven
• Strong interpersonal and professional communication
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel/PowerPoint); full UK driving licence

Responsibilities

• Manage enquiries to improve conversion rates and achieve occupancy targets
• Provide excellent communication with residents, relatives and staff
• Network within the local community to raise the home's profile and generate enquiries
• Support local and wider marketing activities to generate enquiries and increase occupancy
• Identify opportunities to improve sales and marketing performance
• Represent Barchester in a friendly and professional manner
