Barchester Healthcare is recruiting a Customer Relationship Manager to join our prestigious care home team in the UK. You will lead sales and marketing efforts, handle enquiries, enhance the home’s digital presence, and network with the local community to increase occupancy.

Qualifications

• Proven sales and marketing experience, preferably in healthcare.
• Ability to analyse data on Salesforce or similar CRM.
• Self-motivated and target driven.
• Confident user of Microsoft Office (Excel/PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Manage enquiries to improve conversion rates and occupancy targets.
• Build strong local networks to raise home profile and generate enquiries.
• Support local marketing activities to generate enquiries and drive conversions.
• Identify opportunities to improve sales and marketing performance.
• Represent Barchester and the home in a friendly, professional manner.
• Talk to potential new residents and provide tours.
