Caring Homes Group Ltd is seeking a Customer Relations Manager to work closely with the Home Manager to craft targeted sales and marketing plans aimed at potential residents, families and social care professionals. The role focuses on driving occupancy and promoting the advantages of Caring Homes across channels.

You will plan external events, create engaging materials, and manage social media content to showcase the benefits of our care homes.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role.
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with residents, families and professionals.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to liaise with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Home Manager to develop tailored sales and marketing plans.
• Drive occupancy in Caring Homes by promoting benefits to potential residents.
• Plan and run external events and create marketing materials and social media content.
