Job summary

RCH Care Homes Limited in Bedford seeks a Customer Relations Manager to drive occupancy through a strategic Sales & Marketing plan, while overseeing the care seeker journey and stakeholder engagement. You will manage Care HQ CRM data, run events, and coordinate move-in processes with the General Manager to ensure a smooth transition for new residents.

The role requires senior sales/marketing experience in private care, strong leadership, and a willingness to travel across regions.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver the sales & marketing strategy for the care home.
• Input accurate information on Care HQ CRM and manage the care seeker journey.
• Deliver Sales & Marketing events and co-ordinate the event in-line with the SOP.
• Manage the move in process with the General Manager to ensure a smooth transition.
