Job summary

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver the sales & marketing strategy for the care home, including community engagement and social outreach.
• Input accurate information on Care HQ (CRM system) and manage the care seeker journey to optimise conversions.
• Deliver Sales & Marketing events and coordinate activities in line with the Sales and Marketing Toolkit (SOP).
• Manage the move-in process with the General Manager to ensure a smooth transition from choice to move-in.
