Responsabilités

• Plan and deliver the sales & marketing strategy for the care home, including activity ranging from meeting and influencing partners in the community to delivering the social media strategy.
• Input accurate information on Care HQ (CRM system) and manage the care seeker journey, including visits to the home and follow-ups to achieve required conversion rates.
• Deliver Sales & Marketing events, preparation and coordination of the events in line with the Sales and Marketing Toolkit (SOP).
• Manage the move-in process in conjunction with the General Manager to ensure a smooth, seamless transition from choice to move in.
