Job summary

RCH Care Homes Limited in Cambridge is seeking a Customer Relations Manager at Woodlands Care Centre to drive occupancy and AWF targets through a strategic sales and marketing plan. You will manage the care seeker journey, input data into Care HQ, coordinate events, and oversee the move-in process with the General Manager to ensure a smooth transition.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver the sales & marketing strategy for the care home, including community engagement and social media.
• Input accurate information on Care HQ (CRM) and manage the care seeker journey (visits and follow-ups).
• Deliver Sales & Marketing events and coordinate activities per SOP.
• Manage the move-in process with the General Manager to ensure a smooth transition from choice to move in.
