• Keep fridges clean and manage food storage according to guidelines.
• Assist in setting up the dining room for meals.
• Update menu displays daily for freshness.
• Provide meals and drinks to residents and assist if needed.
• Offer refreshments to residents, relatives, and visitors.
• Maintain clear communication with the Head Chef.
• Collect feedback from residents about their dining experience.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
• Undertake induction and supervision of new staff.
