Job summary

Riverdale Care Home, part of Orchard Care Homes Ltd., seeks a competent Care Home Administrator to be the initial point of contact for Residents, families, and staff, including HR, payroll and finance teams. The role requires accuracy, compliance, and effective communication within a busy care home environment.

You will work across multiple systems, ensuring information is captured correctly, while supporting rostering and payroll responsibilities and contributing to a well-organised home

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar administrator role.
• Strong communication and literacy/numeracy.
• Experience with rostering and payroll systems.
• Understanding of HR processes.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for Residents, their families and representatives, home management, and colleagues including HR, payroll and finance teams.
• Support administration across information capture in systems to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Assist with general admin tasks and support within the home.
