Barchester Healthcare are seeking an experienced Administrator to join the home’s management team, providing support to the General Manager and ensuring the efficient running of a high quality home.

This varied role covers customer experience, HR, recruitment, payroll, finance, and supervision of junior admin staff. You will communicate professionally, promote a positive image and use IT skills to work confidently across the admin function.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in a customer facing role.
• Involvement in HR administration and recruitment.
• High attention to detail and ability to prioritise.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
• CIPD qualification would be beneficial.

Aufgaben

• Promote a warm and welcoming environment for residents, staff and visitors.
• Manage enquiries and showrounds of the home for prospective families and manage the customer database.
• Drive occupancy and reputation as part of the community engagement team.
• Support resident and family feedback with a focus on customer care.
• Assist with recruitment, onboarding checks and inductions.
• Payroll preparation for home based staff.
• Provide HR guidance and manage staff records securely.
• Attend meetings and produce accurate notes and minutes.
• Ensure rotas are complete and manage petty cash and resident funds.
• Update training, supervisions and appraisals on staff records.
