• Ensure assessments are fair, accurate, and legislative compliant.
• Review individuals' income, savings, assets, and liabilities.
• Assess eligibility for Residential Care, Domiciliary Care, and Community Support.
• Apply the Care and Support Charging Policy during assessments.
• Maximise individuals' take-up of entitled benefits.
• Provide access to independent financial information and advice.
