Job summary

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with teaching and support staff to embed inclusive strategies.
  • Act as a safeguarding advocate for care-experienced learners.

Skills

Strong knowledge of care-experienced learner needs and legislation
Experience supporting vulnerable learners in education or training settings
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Ability to deliver staff training on care-experienced best practice

Education

Level 3 qualification in education, social care, or a related field
