• 2 years experience working as a senior in a Domiciliary Care Agency.
• Knowledge of CQC / CI / CIW Compliance is essential.
• Must be organised, methodical, and have a good eye for detail.

• Ensure Care Workers are matched to Clients based on care needs.
• Conduct care assessments and motivate care staff.

Skills

Experience in Domiciliary Care Agency

Motivated to deliver first class care

Knowledge of scheduling and rota systems

CQC / CI / CIW Compliance knowledge

Care assessments and reviews

Organised and methodical

Driver with access to a vehicle

Education

NVQ / SVQ 2 or 3 qualification
