A leading home care provider in Taplow is seeking Care Coordinators dedicated to maintaining high standards of care for clients. The successful candidates will work closely with the Branch Care Manager, ensuring efficient staff allocation and support for both customers and care staff. Candidates must possess a Level 3 Diploma in Adult Care or be willing to obtain it, along with supervisory experience in the care sector and a full UK driving licence. This position offers a competitive salary of £27,000 per year and numerous employee benefits.

To be successful in this role you'll need to have a Level 3 Diploma in Adult Care or be willing to work towards achieving this. Additionally, you'll need to have knowledge of regulatory requirements and best practice in line with CQC/CIW guidance and experience of working within the care sector at supervisory level. You'll also need to have a full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
