Overview

A leading care provider in Greenwich is looking to recruit a Care Co-ordinator to join their rapidly expanding team on a full time basis.

What the client is offering

• A competitive annual salary of up to £28,000 depending on experience.
• A permanent, full-time contract
• Working Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm, with additional on-call duties
• Occupational maternity pay, adoption pay & paternity pay
• Occupational sick pay and death in service payment
• All the above subject to terms and conditions

Responsibilities

• As a Care Co-ordinator you will support the delivery of the highest quality care support services by line managing care workers, including some field-based work carrying out a range of functions in the field, including the assessment and review of individual services and the practical supervision, instruction and support of care workers.
• Due to the field-based elements of the role you must be a driver with your own vehicle.
