Job summary

Cera is seeking a Care Coordinator in Wales to join our domiciliary care team. You will schedule care visits, support care staff, and maintain strong communication with clients and families to ensure high-quality care at home.

Ideal candidates will have experience in domiciliary care coordination, excellent organisational and interpersonal skills, and a calm approach under pressure. You must be a driver with a vehicle to access service users across the region.

Job description

Previous experience in domiciliary care coordination (preferred)
