Coordinating and managing care staff schedules to ensure efficient service delivery.
Building positive relationships with clients, families, and care professionals.
Monitoring care provision and responding promptly to changes in client needs.
Supporting the supervision of care staff.
Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Assisting with on-call duties as required.
Working closely with management to continuously improve service quality and client satisfaction.
Previous experience in a care coordination, scheduling, or care management role.
Strong organisational and time-management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to remain calm and effective under pressure.
Knowledge of domiciliary care and relevant care regulations is desirable.
Proficiency with care management systems and ideally Google.
A genuine passion for delivering exceptional care and support.
Must be a driver with access to vehicle
