Job summary

Cera Care Ltd in the United Kingdom is seeking a dedicated Care Coordinator to manage the delivery of high quality care services. You will match Care Workers to Clients based on care needs, type of care, and proximity when possible, to maintain excellent service delivery.

The role requires knowledge of scheduling and rota systems, CQC/CIW compliance, and a valid driver's license with access to a vehicle. DBS/PVG checks and ongoing training are provided.

Qualifications

• Experience as a senior in a domiciliary care agency (ideally 2 years).
• Knowledge of scheduling and rota systems.
• Knowledge of CQC/CI/CIW compliance.
• Experience conducting care assessments and care reviews.
• Must be a driver with access to a vehicle.
• NVQ/SVQ 2 or 3 qualification desirable but not essential.
• Excellent organisation and attention to detail.
• In-house training and development opportunities.

Job description

We are looking for a Care Coordinator to join our team at Cera Care Ltd. In this role, you will effectively and efficiently manage the delivery of high quality care services, ensuring that Care Workers are matched to Clients based on the level and type of care they need, along with, when possible, being in close proximity.

• Ideally two years experience working as a senior for a Domiciliary Care Agency
• Motivated to deliver first class care
• Knowledge of scheduling and a rota system
• Knowledge of CQC/CI/CIW Compliance is essential.
• Ideally experienced in conducting care assessments, care reviews and being able to motivate care staff.
• Organised, methodical, and a good eye for detail.
• Ideally NVQ/SVQ 2 or 3 qualified (not essential)
• Must be a driver with access to a vehicle
