Job summary

Cera Care Ltd. is looking for a Care Coordinator in Portsmouth to efficiently manage high-quality domiciliary care services. You will match Care Workers to Clients based on care needs and location, while ensuring efficient rostering and service delivery.

The role requires previous senior experience in domiciliary care, knowledge of scheduling and compliance, and a proactive, detail‑oriented approach. Driving is preferred for field-based duties.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in a senior role within a domiciliary care agency.
• Knowledge of scheduling systems and rota management.
• Familiarity with CQC/CI/CIW compliance requirements.
• Experience conducting care assessments and reviews; ability to motivate staff.
• Organised, methodical with good attention to detail.
• Driver with access to a vehicle preferred.

Responsibilities

• Effectively manage delivery of high quality care services.

Job description

Position: Care Coordinator

Reporting to: Registered Manager

Contract Type: Permanent, Full Time, 37.5hrs per week

Salary: £27,000 per annum

We are looking for a Care Coordinator to join our team at Cera Care Ltd. In this role, you will effectively and efficiently manage the delivery of high quality care services, ensuring that Care Workers are matched to Clients based on the level and type of care they need, along with, when possible, being in close proximity.

Requirements:

• Ideally two years experience working as a senior for a Domiciliary Care Agency
• Motivated to deliver first class care
• Knowledge of scheduling and a rota system
• Knowledge of CQC/CI/CIW Compliance is essential.
• Ideally experienced in conducting care assessments, care reviews and being able to motivate care staff.
• Organised, methodical, and a good eye for detail.
• Ideally NVQ/SVQ 2 or 3 qualified (not essential)
• Must be a driver with access to a vehicle
