Job summary

Derby/Nottingham Care Company is seeking a Business Development Executive to support growth plans. The role focuses on building relationships with Local Authorities and care boards, generating referrals, and reporting KPI progress.

A permanent, full-time position offers a basic salary up to £65,000 with possible bonus and benefits. Ideal candidates will have care sector experience, proven business development and lead generation skills, and strong stakeholder management, including work with

Qualifications

Care sector experience is required.
Proven business development experience is essential.
Strong lead generation experience.
Excellent relationship-building skills.
Experience working with Local Authority is preferred.

Responsibilities

Identify and develop new business opportunities.
Build and maintain relationships with Local Authority and ICB commissioners, housing partners, case managers and other stakeholders.
Generate referral pipelines.
Maintain clear pipeline information and report progress against KPIs.
Collaborate with operations, quality and finance teams.
Manage relationships and performance against targets.
Support tender and proposal opportunities.
