Job summary

Essex Cares is seeking a Permanent Care Assistant to join the community reablement team in Steyning. The role focuses on helping customers regain independence by relearning daily living skills at home and in the community, covering personal care, medication support, mobility and meals.

Contracts are 25, 30 or 35 hours with early and late shifts, every other weekend, and travel between customers by car. Visa sponsorship is not available for direct applications.

Qualifications

• Experience as a care assistant (essential).
• Full driving licence and access to own vehicle with business insurance preferred.
