Job summary

Essex Cares (ECL) is seeking a care assistant to join the community reablement service. You will help people relearn daily living skills at home, assist with personal care, medication support, mobility and meal preparation, and travel between clients across the local area.

Contracts run at 25, 30 or 35 hours with every other weekend, on early and late shifts. A full driving licence and own vehicle are required; visa sponsorship is not offered.

Qualifications

• Full driving licence.

• Enhanced DBS check.
• Right to work in the UK without visa sponsorship.

Care assistant post in the community reablement service at Essex Cares (ECL), a permanent role helping people regain independence at home and in their local area. The core work is relearning daily living skills, alongside personal care, medication support, mobility and meal preparation. Contracts run at 25, 30 or 35 hours with every other weekend, on early and late shifts, and the role needs a full licence and own vehicle for travel between customers.
