The Methodist Church in Britain is seeking a Permanent Care Assistant for the community reablement service in Shoreham. You will support customers to relearn daily living skills at home and in the community, assist with personal care, medication support, mobility and meal preparation, and travel between clients.

The role requires a full UK driving licence, own vehicle with business insurance, and the ability to work across early through evening shifts, with some weekend work.

Qualificações

• Care experience as a Care Assistant or similar role.

Permanent Care Assistant post in the community reablement service at Shoreham, run by ECL (Essex Cares) in West Sussex. The work centres on helping customers regain their independence by relearning daily living skills at home and in the community, alongside personal care, medication support, mobility and meal preparation. Distinct features are heavy local travel in your own car, shifts between 7am and 11pm, and some contracts including every other weekend. Direct applications from those needing visa sponsorship cannot be considered.
