Essex Cares in Selsey is seeking a permanent Care Assistant to join the community reablement service, helping people regain daily living skills at home and in the community. You will provide personal care, medication support, mobility assistance and meal preparation, with a mentor for new starters.

Shifts cover 25–35 hours, including every other weekend. A full driving licence and own vehicle with business insurance are required; visa sponsorship is not available through direct application.

• Experience as a Care Assistant.
• Full driving licence.
• Own vehicle with business insurance.
• Enhanced DBS check.

Duties include personal care, medication support, mobility and meal preparation, with a mentor assigned to new starters. Contracts of 25 to 35 hours cover early and late shifts, including every other weekend. A full driving licence and own vehicle with business insurance are needed, and visa sponsorship is not available through direct application.
