We proudly support clients across Oxford, Kidlington, Witney, Carterton, Burford, and the surrounding villages - delivering personalised, compassionate care right where it’s needed most.

Role

We are looking for a Care Assistant to support a client overnight living in Kidlington. The Care Assistant needs to be able to speak Russian as this client does not speak any English. The client lives with dementia, so some experience with dementia would be ideal.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities for this role include supporting the client with personal hygiene, assisting with toileting and getting back to bed, and then supporting the morning routine of getting up, dressing, and having breakfast.

Benefits and Training
  • £50 - £70 per night
  • Full, paid Client-specific training
  • Support to complete your Care Certificate over the first weeks
  • Clear career pathways & qualifications (NVQs)
  • Pension scheme and holiday pay
  • Referral bonuses – rewarded for helping grow the team and client base
  • Access to EarlyPay – draw from earnings before payday
  • Free Blue Light Card and discounted fuel
  • Supportive, close-knit team with ongoing support
  • Build lasting relationships with clients and their families
Requirements

Due to the nature of the role, you must be aged 18 or over and have availability to work an alternate weekend (both Saturday & Sunday).

Please note: This is a UK-based role and an offer of employment is contingent on candidates having the right to work in the UK.
