They are looking for a warm, enthusiastic, and dedicated individual to join their award-winning team as a Care Assistant, responsible for delivering high standards of personal care to residents during the night shift.
Your focus as Care Assistant will be to deliver high standards of personal care, contributing fully to the care team to ensure continuity of services to residents. This role includes assisting residents with personal hygiene, recognising and understanding clinical risk areas, and acting courteously towards residents and their visitors. You will practice safe systems of work and demonstrate initiative, respect, and efficiency in your role.

However, the ideal candidate must have the ability to communicate effectively, demonstrate initiative and respect, and be an efficient worker who can carry out reasonable instructions.
