We’re working with care services across Gateshead who are looking for compassionate, reliable people to support children with additional needs. You don’t need years of experience, just kindness, patience and a genuine interest in helping others live safely and confidently.
Your days will be varied and meaningful, supporting residents with:

You’ll suit this role if you’re:
Experience in care, youth work, support work or SEN schools is helpful, but not essential. The right attitude matters most.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
