We are looking for a care assistant to support a lady who lives in Whitton, Rothbury. The lady has weakness in her wrists, mobility issues and has a visual impairment. The role is to support the lady when her family have other commitments. Tasks to include meal preparation, checking dates and instructions on food labels, support to open bottles and cans. Support to access the local community to support with food shopping and enjoy leisure facilities. The lady enjoys music, gardening and cooking so is looking for a likeminded person with a sense of humour. You must also be fond of animals as the lady has a cat.

Hours Breakdown: 3 hours per week, days and times to be agreed, usually on a weekend.
