No care experience is necessary as we provide full training, but a desire to support people is essential.

Applicants must have a full driving licence and an available car as you will travel to our customer's home to support them.

We welcome applications from Belper, Ripley, Kilburn, Duffield, Little Eaton, Holbrook, Allestree, Darley Abbey, and Matlock and villages south of Matlock

In this role, you can work part-time or full-time hours, which include some evenings, and some mornings and must include alternate weekends.

It isn’t about previous care experience - its more about life experience! We want to ensure our customers receive the very best support and to do that we need people who are naturally compassionate, caring and patient. Our team genuinely cares for each of our customers in a professional way.

We’ll ensure you have all the right training and development and feel confident in your support before we expect you to carry out support of our customers alone. After all, our care assistants support our customers so it’s important that you feel supported and equipped for the role.

You must have :
  • Full and valid UK driving licence
  • Access to a car
  • Right to work in the UK (we are not registered on the Sponsorship Scheme)
  • No care experience required as we provide full training and support
Because we care about you

We understand that every member of our team has their own home life and this is why our role offers the flexibility to work around you and your own home life. This is a part-time role, working evenings and including alternate weekends. Although we try to be flexible where we can, we do require you to be flexible with us too.

We can’t care for our customers if we don’t take care of our team so to make this possible, we offer :

  • An excellent rate of £12.30 per hour for contact time, £11.45 per hour for travel, training etc. £18.45 on Bank Holidays, and £11.45 per hour during probation (£17.18 on Bank Holidays). Experienced care assistants are paid £12.10 per hour during probation.
  • 35p mileage allowance in addition to the hourly rate for travel
  • 28 days' holiday (pro-rata on full-time equivalent for part-time hours)
