Our Rush Court Home is an elegant Queen Anne style house located in the beautiful Oxfordshire countryside just outside Wallingford, providing residential and nursing care with a warm welcome for all.

About the Role

We have a dedicated and well‑trained team providing an excellent standard of person‑centred care. As a Health Care Assistant you will:

  • Deliver and maintain a high standard of personal care to residents in accordance with their needs and desired outcomes.
  • Help promote mental and physical activity of residents by talking to them, taking them out, and engaging them in activities such as reading, writing, hobbies and other social activities and recreations.
  • Welcome and assist residents and visitors, referring them to the person in charge where necessary.
  • Ensure residents' physical environment meets their needs.

You will meet the personal care needs of residents in a way that respects the dignity of the individual and promotes independence.

Prior experience is desirable but not required; we will provide all necessary training.

Qualifications
