Care Assistant

Parkfield Grange is a luxurious 80-bed residential and dementia care home located in Stourbridge. We are looking for enthusiastic, passionate and reliable carers to join our care team caring for residential and dementia residents. We offer competitive hourly pay, paid breaks, uniform, paid DBS and additional company benefits. Positions are available for day or night shifts.

Person Specification
  • Physically and medically able to carry out duties and responsibilities with or without assistive aids.
  • NVQ level 2 or equivalent qualifications, or willingness to attend.
  • Team player, self-motivated, proactive, flexible and adaptable.
  • Ability to organise and prioritise workload and work under pressure.
