Job description

Some of the daily tasks that a carer at Springcare would carry out would include:

• helping with washing and dressing
• Assisting with feeding and mealtimes
• finding out and knowing residents interests and needs.
• general housekeeping such as tidying residents' private bedrooms and communal areas
• supporting each resident's physical and mental wellbeing through activities.

Our care team provides 24‑hour care, with day care shifts worked from 8 am until 8 pm and night‑time shifts from 8 pm until 8 am.

Typical Shift patterns for Day or Night Contracts

• Day Shift Contracts
  • 8 am until 8 pm
  • 8 am until 2 pm
  • 2 pm until 8 pm
• Night Shift Contracts
  • 8 pm until 8 am
