Overview

As a carer for Abbey house, we like to provide outstanding care and support for 15 residents with an individual tailored assessment plan. As a support worker, you will provide daily support in personal care and activities. Working well as part of a team is essential for communication and team building.

Qualifications

• It is a requirement for the right candidate to be registered with the SSSC.
• Advantageous to have an SVQ Level 2; training will be provided for the role and ongoing training up to SVQ level 3 for the right candidate.
• We will provide training; progression toward SVQ Level 3 is supported for suitable candidates.

Role details

• Abbey house has a rota in place with 12 hour shifts.
• We are a small dedicated team and are looking forward to welcoming a new member of staff. A part-time position is currently available.
