Responsibilities

  • Assist with medication and health needs
  • Help with food preparation and light domestic tasks
  • Drive between clients (UK or international licence + own car required)
Requirements & Qualifications
  • Kind-hearted, reliable, and compassionate attitude with a willingness to make a real difference in the community
  • Supportive, patient, and flexible approach
  • Full enhanced DBS check completed
  • Access to a UK or international driving licence and own car (for client visits)
  • Willingness to follow a structured two-week rota (including every other weekend)
Pay, Benefits & Work Patterns
  • £14.12 per hour weekdays | £14.68 per hour weekends (includes rolled-up holiday pay)
  • Flexible hours - part-time or full-time to suit you
  • PM shift: 3:00 PM - 10:00 PM
  • Mileage & travel pay - 25p per mile + paid waiting time (up to 29 mins at NMW)
  • Enhanced DBS & Social Care Wales registration fee paid
  • Blue Light Card (saving you £70+)
  • Paid for full visits - not just contact time; full paid visits

  • 5-day induction training (paid after working 100 hours) + ongoing support; Regular work
