Care Assistant role

In this rewarding role, you’ll provide essential personal care to our students, including assistance in the bathrooms, ensuring their comfort and dignity at all times. Beyond personal care, you’ll also have the chance to offer pastoral support, helping students feel valued and understood.

Strong communication and written skills are highly desirable, as they will enable you to build meaningful connections with our students and contribute to their overall well‑being.

Key responsibilities

Provide personal care support to students, including in bathrooms and other areas.

Offer pastoral support and promote student wellbeing.

Maintain patient dignity and confidentiality at all times.

Key qualifications and checks

Successful candidates will be subject to all necessary pre‑employment checks, including an enhanced DBS, Childcare Disqualification (where applicable), qualifications, medical fitness, identity and right to work.
