Job summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and highly motivated Patient Pathway Coordinator to join our Specialised Cardiology directorate. This will include managing patient and hospital correspondence, managing the patient tracking list and booking appointments all to support the patient’s journey.

You will be working with consultants, nurses and pharmacists to provide high quality care to patients.
