You will develop customers, build relationships and help establish the business in the local market, working closely with the Business Manager to grow orders and account potential.

Qualifications

• Experience in industrial electrical distribution or related B2B environment.
• Commercial mindset with strong customer development skills.
• Previous internal sales, account management or sales support experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries and prepare quotations.
• Follow up quotations and convert opportunities into sales.
• Develop existing accounts and increase customer spend.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
• Build long-term relationships with customers.
• Provide product and commercial support.
• Collaborate with suppliers and the wider team.
• Support the growth of the Cardiff operation.
