Job summary
Olra Recruitment Solutions Ltd is seeking an Internal Technical Sales Executive to join a long-established distributor of industrial and hazardous area electrical products in Birchwood, Warrington. You will handle technical enquiries, quotations and orders, supporting customers across the UK and internationally, while building product knowledge and relationships.
The role offers a starting salary of £29,000 with an annual profit share bonus, regular salary reviews and a clear path for long-term
Qualifications
- Experience in technical, engineering, industrial or commercial environments.
- Excellent communication and customer-support skills.
- Organised, accurate and reliable.
- Patient and methodical approach.
- Keen to build technical product knowledge.
- Holds a full UK driving licence and has access to transport.
Responsibilities
- Managing customer enquiries by phone and email.
- Preparing quotations and processing orders.
- Providing technical product information and sales support.
- Building strong customer relationships.
- Developing specialist knowledge across industrial electrical products.
- Working closely with suppliers and colleagues.
- Participating in product and technical training.
