Olra Recruitment Solutions Ltd is recruiting an Internal Sales Executive for our Sheffield operation in the electrical & MRO sector. You will be the key contact for customers, handling enquiries, preparing quotations, following up opportunities and developing existing accounts to grow spend.

This permanent, full-time role offers £30,000–£38,000 base plus annual profit share, company pension and clear career development in a growing national group.

Qualifications

• Experience in industrial electrical distribution, electrical wholesale, MRO, or related B2B environments.
• Commercially minded with confidence in dealing with customers and spotting opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries and prepare quotations.
• Follow up quotations and convert opportunities into sales.
• Develop existing accounts and increase customer spend.
• Identify new business opportunities proactively.
• Build long-term customer relationships and provide product and commercial support.
• Collaborate with suppliers and the wider team to support the Sheffield operation.
