Qualifications

Sales experience is required.
Experience using a CRM/ERP system.
Excellent telephone manner and communication skills.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities

Grow sales and market share within the region, focusing on strategic brands.
Re-engage with lapsed accounts and maintain positive customer relationships.
Keep customers informed on order progress and coordinate with suppliers as needed.
Maintain accurate CRM records and utilise activities for up-to-date info.
Deliver tailored quotes and onboard new customers with a proactive approach.
Provide first-class post-sale follow-up and support to strengthen relationships.
