Job summary

Bridgewater UK in Cardiff is launching a new internal sales operation and is seeking a commercially-minded Internal Sales Executive to help establish the location from the outset.

You will build long-term customer relationships, identify opportunities, quote and process orders, and work to grow the local customer base while representing a growing, reputable brand in the industrial electrical sector.

Qualifications

• Experience selling in industrial electrical wholesale or related products.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Proactive, telephone-friendly and able to thrive in a busy environment.

Responsibilities

• Build and develop strong, long-term relationships with customers, becoming a trusted point of contact.
• Help launch and grow a brand-new business location, playing a key role in developing the local customer base.
• Identify commercial opportunities within existing and new accounts and turn enquiries into profitable business.
• Understand customers’ requirements and recommend the right products and solutions to meet their needs.
• Prepare quotations, manage orders and proactively follow up opportunities to maximise sales.
• Represent the business professionally and confidently, helping to establish its reputation in the local market.
