Responsibilities

• Build and develop strong, long-term relationships with customers, becoming a trusted point of contact.
• Help launch and grow a brand-new business location in Cardiff, developing the local customer base.
• Identify commercial opportunities within existing and new accounts and turn enquiries into profitable business.
• Understand customers' requirements and recommend products and solutions to meet their needs.
• Prepare quotations, manage orders and proactively follow up opportunities to maximise sales.
• Represent the business professionally to establish its local reputation.
