Job summary

Field Solutions Group in Cardiff area is seeking a talented Business Development Manager or Account Manager to lead strategic sales across the Cardiff region, expanding services within Managed Print Services, Document Management, IT, Scanning, Outbound & Inbound Mail and Telecoms.

You will identify and secure new business, manage key client relationships, and work with the team to develop the Agile product portfolio, while maintaining a strong pipeline and achieving monthly targets.

Qualifications

• Excellent MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong time management abilities.
• Team player with collaborative mindset.
• English language: strong spoken and written.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer relationships and maximise commercial opportunities.
• Present high-quality client recommendations with a consultative approach.
• Identify and secure new business to meet monthly targets.
• Network and maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients.
• Liaise with team members for an integrated sales approach.
• Build knowledge of technology to promote Agile product portfolio.
• Report activities and KPI progress to Regional Sales Director.
