Job summary

REAKT Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Business Development Manager for the Document Solutions and Managed Print sector, covering Cardiff, Bristol and surrounding areas. You will hunt for new opportunities, build a robust pipeline and convert prospects into durable, profitable client relationships.

Qualifications

• Experience in the Document Solutions / Managed Print industry is essential.
• Proven ability to self-generate leads and build your own pipeline.
• Track record of delivering high gross profit (GP) per annum (£200k+).
• Strong B2B sales experience with hunter mentality.

Responsibilities

• Generating new business opportunities across Cardiff, Bristol and surrounding regions.
• Managing and growing a small portfolio of existing accounts (location-based).
• Leading full sales cycle: prospecting, discovery, solution positioning, closing and retention.
• Presenting document solutions and managed print offerings with confidence and clarity.
• Building long-term relationships and identifying opportunities across service portfolio.
• Collaborating with internal teams to ensure onboarding and exceptional customer service.
