Job summary

Key Recruitment Ltd. is seeking a Business Development Manager for a packaging print client in the Wales region. The role focuses on managing client relationships, coordinating from brief to completion, and delivering accurate print project estimates to support sales growth.

You will liaise with clients, suppliers, and production teams, ensuring projects run smoothly, are delivered within guidelines, and that documentation is consistently updated. A background in print MIS is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Experience in a print-related project management environment.
• Able to communicate effectively at all levels with clients, suppliers and colleagues, orally and in writing.
• Actively participate as a team member in achieving team goals when required.
• Excellent communication skills to work well with both colleagues and clients.
• Positive can-do attitude in a diverse environment.
• Ability to work on several projects simultaneously.
• Experience using a print-related MIS e.g. Shuttleworth/Tharstern etc.
• Ability to produce estimates for print projects.
• Ability to raise Job bags following our process control maps.

Responsibilities

• Liaising directly with the client, sales colleagues and production team to identify solutions to their challenges
• Building working relationships with internal and external suppliers and customers to facilitate the smooth running of all projects
• Managing projects from brief to completion, co-ordinating samples, proofs, and approvals to ensure suitable completion
• Ensuring work is produced within operational guidelines and records are kept in a standard format
• Identifying opportunities within the client and escalating to the Sales contact to support account development
