Job summary

Express Recruitment are proud to be working in continued partnership with a leading technical services provider who, due to growth, are seeking an experienced Field Sales Professional to join their Print Sales team, covering the Essex and London area.

The successful candidate will have a good technical understanding of the Managed Print Industry, with experience in both managing business relationships, and line management.

Qualifications

• Proven field sales success within the Managed Print industry, or related.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Ability to explain complex tech to non-technical clients.

Responsibilities

• Drive proactive, consultative support to drive client retention and revenue growth by understanding business needs and providing value-adding solutions.
• Engage with new and existing customers to secure and expand IT support contracts.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, from lead generation to closing deals and post-sales support.
• Collaborate with technical teams to deliver tailored IT solutions, with a focus on cloud, security, and infrastructure.
• Monitor market trends to refine offerings, stay competitive, and provide insightful reporting to leadership.

Express Recruitment are proud to be working in continued partnership with a leading technical services provider who, due to growth, are seeking an experienced Field Sales Professional to join their Print Sales team, covering the Essex and London area.

The successful candidate will have a good technical understanding of the Managed Print Industry, with experience in both managing business relationships, and line management.

There is an excellent remuneration package on offer, including a basic salary up to £40k with an uncapped commission structure offering a realistic OTE of £75k, company car or car allowance, generous pension scheme, perkbox discount programme, free flu vaccinations and free eye tests.

Skills & Experience

• Proven field sales success within the Managed Print industry, or related
• Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills, with the ability to explain complex tech to non-technical clients
• Self-driven and solution-focused, with a proactive mindset and strong problem-solving abilities
• Full UK driving licence
